Another beautiful episode. This time Erica learns about the significance of talking about what bothers us instead of just fighting.
I really liked the story of her and her old friend Malcolm and how she found out what was the reason for the end of their friendship. First I felt that it went a bit too simple, but now I think that this happened because talking could be a pretty simple way to resolve conflicts if both sides are willing to do so This again relates to her relationship with Ethan. The scene of their conversation was so well acted, they both did a great job. And while it is absolutely obvious of why Ethan was feeling uncomfortable (who wouldn't!) one still feels for Erica and her fears.
Also interesting what will happen with Kyle now.
