- Strong sex-related material involving puppets. Though it's not incredibly graphic, the show can get explicit.
- Multiple graphic references to sex. Less frequently now, than in previous years, but when sex is mentioned, it is still in a graphic, but yet, comedic sense.
- In the episode "Jeffy Home Alone", Jeffy draws almost like a kids drawings of multiple woman with big boobs and big tits.

- In an episode there is a room with several murdered puppets with blood and guts throughout.
- In "The Test!" Jeffy pushes Cody with his desk on the floor.
- In some episodes, Jeffy fights Bully Bill because Bully Bill keeps trashtalking to Jeffy.
- In the episode of "Jeffy TV Show!" Jeffy shoots Mario in the balls with a gun while it was on air.
- In one episode, Bully Bill was seen having a axe on his head.
Profanity

- Profanity level depends on the era. Before 2014 words higher than "Bastard" were bleeped most of the time. By 2017, the entire channel became uncensored with uses of "Fuck", "Shit", "Asshole", "Bitch", etc. in every episode, mostly excessively.
- Racial, sexual and homophobic slurs are used as well.
- Retard was used by Bully Bill in some episodes.
- In the episode of "The Test!" Jeffy writes FUCK THIS TEST but he erases later.
- In "Brooklyn Guy's Early Christmas!" Brooklyn Guy angrily yells at Rose "NO! FUCK YOU!", after asking him if she can see Santa Claus with him, Marvin and Jeffy.
- In "Jeffy's bad word", Mario accidentally calls a homeless guy a fag*ot (in a comedic way) in front of jeffy. Jeffy then repeats this word for the rest of the video 27 times until his dad spanks him to make him not say it and then Jeffy says it 2 more times after that.
- In the episode: "Fat Jeffy", Jeffy says f*ck at least 20 times in the first 2 minutes with the video being 11 minutes.

- In some of the episodes, Brooklyn Guy was seen drinking wine and getting drunk.
- In the episode "The Bully Solution!" Bully was hiding marijuana in his desk but then the cop found it in his desk.

- In the episode of "Jeffy's Country!" Jeffy accidentally hit a trash can while a homeless man was inside.

Violence & Gore
- The Secret Door is by far the most violent video in their library. Multiple decapitated, mutilated, graphicly tortured and killed puppets are seen covered in blood which is obviously red Kool-Aid, but works as a deterrent for real blood. Extremely graphic and frightening.
