The image of a younger Alec Baldwin is actually taken from his film The Hunt for Red October (1990); the dark suit high-definition Jack is wearing is actually a naval officer's uniform with the rank badges and insignia digitally removed. Jack's office is also decorated with various pictures and models of naval ships which may also be a subtle reference.
