Sex & Nudity

  • A few male characters are seen walking around in tighty-whities. A reference is made to "hitting" someone. Barney makes a reference to having cigarettes, before during and after sex, and during pregnancy scares. It's implied a teenage character is going into his tent to masturbate.

Violence & Gore

  • Ted and Marshall almost get in a fight (played for laughs). References to suicide are played for dark comedy.

  • The whole premise of this episode is about the gang relapsing into a smoking habit. People are constantly lighting up, but the show does show some of the negative aspects of smoking, albeit for laughs. It promotes the best way to not smoke is to not get started at all.
