It's OK

First few episodes was great! But it became boring, their relationship is on the same level, they don't spend much time together, in-person. Side characters have too much screen time!

Getting boring
gmkanatlar31 March 2022
After episode 13 unnecessarily long scenes and unwilling acting should tell the producer that it's time to stop the series.

It is getting boring with the repetitive scenes.

Like this series very much

I'm so surprised about other reviews.

I find this series so good. It is a breath of fresh air to not have to deal with guns, murder, crazy over-acting, screaming and crying at a grave and wife beatings, even though we're still dealing with a self-righteous narcissist, who wants to destroy his ex wife. What I don't understand is why Zeynep's sister lawyer can't argue that, just like stupid ex husband can have a relationship, so can Zeynep. In what world is it allowed for only the man to continue his life after a divorce but not for the woman? She's not a very good lawyer...no, she is the worst lawyer, giving the ex husband her sister's whole case. How stupid! Zeynep would be better off without any lawyer than having her sister as a lawyer. Granted I'm only up to episode 9, but I like this series.

I quite like Alperen Duymaz's character...successful, calm, reasonable man. He always does it for me...he shines in every role!

I also quite like Büsra Develi. She is very likeable and a good match with Alperen. Of course it depends on the writers on how the story develops or stagnates..... Judging by other comments, it seems that the problem might be with the writers yet again. The acting is superb. I hope I don't get disappointed in later episodes.

I have a problem with Turkish viewers who always want the over-acting, crazy drama or the ridiculously stupid. Unfortunately they are the ones who always get good series cancelled.

Nice actors but boring story
Ozzzyo12 April 2022
Just watch a few episodes for the great actors. I don't understand why they accepted to play in such a cliche and boring serie. They can do better. I couldn't finish, such a shame they have such great actors and produced a very bad script. To the writers please give up.. or watch other international series maybe you can learn something new.

Hard to believe
thereselangford-7457916 July 2022
The character of Kenan was too weak for Alperen Duymaz. He has played much stronger characters with a wide range of emotions and events happening to the character. Kenan's character didn't make sense. Head of a company but too gentle, not in charge of anything much. The love story was too hard to believe. They saw eachother a few times and nothing happened but they're in love? Too weak a storyline. The lead actor and actress are of similar age but unfortunately in reality he looks younger. They did not look like a couple.

Why can't directors choose a good Female Lead???
hotshotfire-1183324 May 2022
Just because of Büsra Develi disruptive overkill acting, couldn't bear to watch more than 2 episodes of Akinci and here too! If they make a movie Popeye, she would perfectly fit 'Olive Oyl' and none other than that! My dear Turkish directors, Please do choose wisely like a sweet and cute female actresses for future dramas...!

Terrible casting, average series
olgicabucalo20 December 2023
Although the story was ok, your average Turkish romcom, I couldn't go past lack of chemistry and terrible casting of lead female actress. If you have someone like Alpren as your male lead, you cannot have a lead actress who in most shots is so much taller than him. It took away what they were going for in the story where he is meant to be her protector, someone who fights for her. In most scenes he looked like her third child. Turkey doesn't lack actors so surely casting directors could have come up with a better and more believable pair. I adore Alpren and this role suited him well.

Overall, average series.
