It's a shame Bill doesn't appear on screen because he would liven up the atmosphere wearing a kilt and dispending with bon mots to passengers and crew. In fact, Bill doesn't appear on screen in any of the episodes. I imagine he records the narration in his studio or at home during the pandemic.
