Sex & Nudity

  • A woman wears some revealing outfits.
  • A man and his girlfriend have sex standing up. The man is unaware that there is another man hiding in the room listening to them have sex. The man rips the woman's top off and begins sucking on her breast (nipples not visible). Her then rips her pants off, as well, as his, and begins thrusting into her against the window. There is loud moaning from both the man and the woman, and the thrusting motion is explicit. He then flips her around, uses his spit to lubricate his genitals, and begins thrusting into her anally (the sides of both of their buttocks are seen). From the other side of the window, we see her breasts squishing repeatedly against the glass. Very graphic scene.
  • In a dream sequence, we see a man pull a sheet off of a nude sleeping woman. She is facedown, so only the side of her buttocks is seen.
  • A man is wearing a hospital gown that opens in the back, so his buttocks are seen quite a lot in the middle of the film. At one point, the gown comes off and his genitals are also seen a few times.
  • A man and a woman's nude silhouettes are seen as they are having anal sex. The man's shadow is seen thrusting violently into the woman from behind. She flicks her tongue out sexually, signaling pleasure.
  • Burlesque dancers are seen in revealing clothing and dancing sensually.

Violence & Gore

  • A man in a clown costume slaughters many people with a machete. Very bloody.
  • Some man are executed by firing squad. (Moments later a child walks past the bodies.)
  • A horse's hoof smashes into a man's face and body several times. The man dies.
  • A man falls face-first into a short spike, which impales his eye. Blood is running out of the socket as the man screams in pain.
  • A man is hit multiple times in the stomach with a sledgehammer. No blood, but still wince-inducing.
  • One character is hideously disfigured after being bludgeoned with a trumpet. Another intentionally disfigures himself with acid and a hot iron, seen in graphic detail.
  • A man bites the hand of another man, who then screams in pain. Mild blood.
  • A man is hit in the head with an iron (offscreen).
  • A man in a clown costume enters a diner full of civilians and starts firing machine guns. Nobody is hurt.

Profanity

  • Some characters swear frequently throughout the film.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Sergio smokes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A clown is pressured by another clown to throw an infant over to him (while riding on top of an elephant). He misses, and the baby falls to the ground but is caught by the mother.
  • A naked man is chased through the woods by a wild pig. (The pig is shot before it can hurt him.)
  • A man is forced to act like a dog.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman's spine is snapped violently in half. Seen for just barely a split-second, but even more gruesome because it leaves more to the imagination.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A man in a clown costume holds a small child at gunpoint and seems about to shoot him. The father quietly steps in and slowly ushers the boy away.
  • The last fight scene on top of a very high monument is fairly intense, with characters almost falling off a few times.
