. . . that OUTER SPACE CASE is a "Snooper and Blabber" episode. This pair consists of a talking cat and a talking mouse, respectively. As the cat's name, at least, suggests, the duo are running a private eye agency. They anticipate Mr. Elongated Muskrat by 70 years or so as they travel to Mars to investigate a purple monkey. It turns out that Blabber is bilingual, being fluent in Martian, which is simply English pronounced backwards. This is helpful for future Real Life Muskrat spaceship passengers to know, as it will probably come in very handy in avoiding any Earthling tendency toward Evil Colonialism.
