When Bobby's wife kneads some pie dough during her talk with Dean, a metal spoon alternates between being on the white board to right next to it in shots where the camera is on her back.
Bobby is using a Winchester Model 94 lever action rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, which has a magazine capacity of seven, plus an extra round in the chamber for a total of eight; yet he fires at least nine, possibly ten, shots without reloading.
Same goes for Dean, he is using a Winchester Model 1887 lever action 12-gauge shotgun, which has a magazine capacity of five rounds, an extra round in the chamber makes six total. However, Dean fires at least seven shots. It's worth noting that never once has any character in this series been shown manually putting an extra round in the chamber, they always just cycle them out of the magazine after loading them. So, Bobby and Dean both fire at least two to three more shots each than they should have been able to.

When Sam shoots one of the zombies outside the closet, blood splatter hits the clear screen in front of the camera and moves as the camera moves.
From 01:27 -The closed captioning is way wrong.
There are several times where Bobby and Dean fire their guns, then the sound effect of them being cocked is heard, but they keep firing without actually cycling the levers on their guns.
Sioux Falls, SD is not a "po-dunk" little town as it is portrayed in this show. Sioux Falls is actually the largest city in South Dakota, population over 100,000.
In February in South Dakota it is likely there would be snow. South Dakota also does not have a "storm season" in February. Storms like the one seen in the show would be more likely to occur in May/June.
