  Batman : That's right, Milo. Each of those cubic zirconium were embedded with a tracking device that led us straight to this lethal lab. Your unholy experiments end tonight.

  The Spectre : Achilles Milo. Your day of reckoning is at hand.

  Dr. Milo : [cowering]  Aah!

  Batman : It isn't for us to decide his fate, Spectre. This monster will get what's coming to him in a court of law, understand?

  Dr. Milo : Monster? I'll show you fools what a real monster looks like.

  The Spectre : [as he ingests a purple liquid and transforms into a large monster]  Huh, typical. You know, my way would be easier.

  [as Grodd claps, lights come up, revealing Chimp strapped to a table with a laser pointed at him] 

  Detective Chimp : I say, Batman, old chap. This is a bit of a sticky wicket.

  Batman : [restraining him]  A stint in the Gotham Zoo would be a vacation compared to where you're going, Grodd.

• Batman : I'm positive. There wasn't a single one left in the jungles, Detective Chimp.

  Detective Chimp : But if Grodd believes in ape supremacy, I still don't see why he would kidnap the Earth's entire ape population.

  Batman : He's raising an army, and we're gonna find out why.

  Detective Chimp : [impressed with his artificial wings]  The Bureau of Amplified Animals never gave us gadgets like this.

• Gorilla Grodd : [with Batman in a bearhug]  Say "uncle," Batman.

  Batman : Make me, monkey.

  Gorilla Grodd : [insulted]  Monkey?

• Gorilla Grodd : It's not too late, Chimp. I could use you in our noble cause.

  Detective Chimp : [Grodd tries to use his telepathic powers]  Don't bother, Grodd. Batman taught me a Tibetan meditation to shield my mind from your evil influence.

  Gorilla Grodd : Fool!

  Batman : [knocking Grodd down]  Only a twisted psyche like yours could think these mind-controlled creatures are in a utopia.

  Gorilla Grodd : You will meet your demise in front of all your fellow humans. A fitting testament to all that Gotham belongs to Grodd.

• Batman : [defeating Grodd]  I knew you would come through, B'wana.

  Detective Chimp : Good show, old man. I was wrong to doubt you.

  Vixen : [Batman and Chimp leave]  Now, where were we before all this started? Oh, yes. We have to finish our little talk.

  B'Wana Beast : Mari, I know I'm not anyone's idea of the perfect boyfriend, but i-if you just...

  Batman : [defeating and restraining Milo]  Now I'm done toying with him. We'll leave him for the police.

  Dr. Milo : You should have listened to the ghost. I'll be back out on the street in two months. You'll never stop me from continuing my great work.

  Batman : Lady Justice will deal with you, Milo.

  The Spectre : [reappearing after Batman leaves]  Achilles Milo.

  Dr. Milo : [Spectre opens his cage of lab rats]  Wait. What are you...

  The Spectre : [turning him into a human block of cheese]  The time has come for the evil you've wrought to consume you. Such is the wrath of the Spectre.

• Batman : [thinking]  Grodd's goons. Lasers about to do us bodily harm. No way out. Unless...

  Batman : Chimp, do you have your magnifying glass on hand?

  Detective Chimp : [taking it out of his hat]  I'd be naked without it.

  Batman : [freeing themselves and taking down Grodd's apes]  Now, to the Batplane.
