This "CEO". Is the text book Karen, any issues she seem to find was exploded by her awful personality. The CEO literally put me off the Brand, I would not choose this brand because of the CEO.

Hey here is the franchise model. You give us a ton of money to operate a store of our business. Then we tell you how to run it. Every time we have an idea and change things it will cost you a fortune. You can not make any changes even though ots your business. If you don't do as we tell you we can close you down take your business and sell it to another suckered. Sure you can sue but we have more money and more attorneys and can string you along until we bankrupt you.
So basically you are buying a business and only getting the bad things while the corporation gets all the positives. They would not spend the money necessary to implement their ideas but much like politicians they aren't spending their money.
