Nancy surprises Jack with a visit so they sleep together. And it makes it even harder for Jack to confess what is going on with Avery. Liz looks for the date for weddings, goes through her exes and runs into Wesley again. Tracy wants to work on a movie that can get him an Oscar but for this he has to remember his past.

The scene in the church is pretty funny, especially when Liz starts to read more from the Bible to help Jack keep Nancy from leaving.

Honestly, Liz going through her ex's has been time many times. I know they are building it up to her choosing Wesley, but it is overdone to be very funny.

One wedding and two girlfriends

Jack's in a bit of a dilemma in having to juggle his relationships with Avery and Nancy (whose Boston accent is what was sorely missing from Cheers and Mystic Circle). How will Jack resolve this as we reach the end of season 4?

It's easy to forget that 30 Rock and Aaron Sorkin's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip debuted on NBC at the same time. Conventional wisdom was that Sorkin's powerhouse series be the one that would survive the first season, with 30 Rock being a one season wonder. But history has proved otherwise.
