- Jill and Divya go out clubbing in Manhattan, while the Lawsons give Raj a last-minute bachelor party. The next morning, both groups of people try to figure out what exactly happened the night before.
- Recap.
Hank wakes up in a hammock next to Emily. The two mysteriously reference the previous evening and kiss. A man with a busted nose runs up and tells Hank "Thanks for nothin', Doc. Now my nose won't stop bleeding."
Divya and Jill wake up in the back of a cab parked near the beach. Jill says "now that... is what I call a bridal tea." Each have gotten tattoos.
Evan wakes up in the yard with empty and discarded beer cans everywhere. He seems to recall something and looks over a railing at Divya's fiancé Raj face down on the lower level, unmoving and a red puddle at his head. He runs to Hank, who's treating the man with the nose issue, and tells him "The stripper stole my van, and I think I killed Raj."

Hank and Evan arrive first at a case. They meet Divya there because she needs to leave early for a bridal tea her mother is throwing for her in Manhattan. Evan expresses concern about the arranged marriage. Hank tells him not to judge fiancé Raj and just drive away.
The case involves a man complaining of sinusitis over the last year. It is a CEO whom Hank immediately (and unhappily) recognizes as Ken Keller. Hank asks about "pressure" in the nose, but Ken insists it is pain. Hank isn't treating Ken very nicely and Divya notices. Hank says he will write a refill Rx for Ken. Divya adds pointedly that they will give him a dose now to relieve his discomfort. Hank flippantly agrees.
Once outside, Hank reveals recognizing Ken from junior high. Ken bullied Hank, stealing his lunch money and breaking his nose (among other things). Hank has always dreamt of getting even. Grinning at the thought, he decides to schedule a follow-up.
Jill arrives at Hank's place. With her looking so well-groomed, Evan apologizes that they have all the Mary Kay products they need. Before heading to the city for Divya's tea, she wants to take the guys to a potential test case for their new clinic that they haven't officially started. Evan wants data before starting the clinic; Hank says to join them and get the data "boots on the ground." Evan asks if they can wait until the end of the cartoon he's watching; Hank and Jill head out.
They see a woman who dislocated her shoulder at the gym. Hank, with a shoe off and a foot in her armpit, puts it back in place. Introducing himself, Evan says they're accepting patients on a limited basis and asks three questions: Is she currently employed? The woman says she's used to be full-time but now only part-time and without benefits. Would clinic care be something used regularly or as-need? "As needed," she thinks. Is she a fireman? Evan spotted a portable stripper pole, which the woman says is her dancer roommate's. As Hank packs up, Evan grabs a Karma pole dancer business card from a stack he sees.
Divya, looking sharp, meets them on their way out of the house and leaves with Jill for the tea. After the women leave, Evan holds up the dancer Karma's business card and tells Hank they should throw Raj a bachelor party.
Two hours and forty-four minutes into Divya's tea, the sedate formality of it all (and Divya's mother's persistent fault-finding) bores Jill and Divya to no end. Her sister, Saya, gives a toast then, receiving a call, says she has to leave because her husband needs her to pick him up for an earlier flight. Divya wants to join her on the drive so "they can spend time together" (but really to escape the dreary party in her honor). Outside, her sister ("Saya the Saint") admits she's actually leaving to look at an investment opportunity. Her husband is really in Miami. After Saya leaves with a co-worker, Divya and Jill decide to enjoy the city.
The shoulder patient shows up to dance for Raj's bachelor party. It turns out she was lying about having a roommate, and that she is Karma the pole dancer herself. When she speaks of charging more for the large crowd, Hank and Evan look outside and see that Raj has invited a massive group of people.
Stopping at Tiffany's after hours for a snapshot, Divya and Jill find they have an animated cab driver named Aristotle who claims he will show them all the best night clubs. Divya gets a call from her sister - a medical emergency. They arrive at the hotel (right next door) and find her "co-worker" unable to breathe. With an ambulance on the way, Divya sticks him with an EpiPen and he recovers. She smells coconut. He tells her he used a new coconut-based lotion and Divya writes him a prescription for prednisone. Divya smells the same lotion on her sister and realizes she - her stockings missing - is having an affair.
Back at the bachelor party, Dieter tells Hank he took the liberty of "supplementing" Raj's guest list. Boris apparently is doing well in Cuba and suggested expanding the guest list as a token of his appreciation. Hank runs into Ken ("Killer Keller"), who Evan clearly remembers joyously from the old neighborhood. Hank pretends not to remember him. Ken says he didn't realize who Hank was. Evan declares they must do shots and runs off. Ken's friendly punches rub Hank the wrong way. Hank tells Ken he's sick and needs bed rest; Ken laughs it off.
Divya's sister tells her that her affair is how you make an arranged marriage work. "It'll be the same for you and Raj. Least you've had practice, hiding your career." Saya leaves and Divya, once close, realizes how far apart she and Saya have grown.
Evan asks Raj about his social life in a somewhat inquisitive manner, leading Raj to ask if he's being hit on. Hank runs into Emily and explains about Evan's bachelor party getting out of hand. Karma grabs Raj for his private dance and leads him in a private room. "You set him up," says Hank, and Evan realizes he did.
Discovering the truth of Saya's marriage, Divya tells Jill she's worried that her arranged marriage will end up like her sister's. Saya was her role model. She calls Raj.
Karma walks out of her private dance with Raj and tells Evan "I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen often." She returns to work, and Evan, who has Raj's phone, looks down and sees a text from Divya which reads "I love you." Evan covers for Raj by responding: "Love you, can't wait to marry you."
Divya shows Jill the text she thinks is from Raj. Aristotle appears and Divya says she wants to celebrate. He will show them around in exchange for a check-up for his acid reflux.
As Karma dances around the pole, a drunken Ken wanders onstage, too close. She accidentally kicks him directly in the face. "Now that's Karma," remarks Hank.
Hank cleans up Ken's massively broken nose. Emily suggests Hank wait before realigning the nose. Hank disagrees and realigns the nose. Karma will not tell Evan what happened with Raj, but says she needs to find him because "we have unfinished business." Dieter tells Evan that the room in which Raj got his private dance is equipped with video surveillance.
Divya and Jill arrive at a dance club. Divya advises Aristotle to drink water rather than what he's drinking to rehydrate for his acid reflux problem. Jill observes that they're too matronly dressed for the club and won't get in. Aristotle knows just the place to take them.
Divya and Jill emerge from a clothing store in party clothes.
Divya and Jill drink and dance at a club. Afterwards they find Aristotle returning to the cab from yet another trip to the bathroom. With constant thirst and trips to bathrooms, Divya thinks he might have something more than reflux and requests a trip to a 24-hour pharmacy.
Hank and Emily sit and talk alone about having reset Ken's nose and addressing old wrongs. Eventually they start to kiss.
Divya diagnoses Aristotle as diabetic and the girls continue to party.
"Back Where We Started" - the morning after.
Hank and Emily are kissing in the hammock. Ken arrives and tells them his nose won't stop bleeding. Hank sees that he is leaking spinal fluid as well and needs a CT. Evan arrives and grabs Hank.
Waking up at the beach with the meter still running, Jill and Divya are unable to wake Aristotle at the wheel. Apparently he stopped for donuts and is unconscious in a hypoglycemic coma. With Jill taking the wheel, they rush him to a hospital emergency entrance where he is rushed inside.
Evan recalls seeing Raj talking with Karma and running at him in anger, causing Raj to fall over a balcony. Hank quickly realizes that the red liquid is a Bloody Mary, not blood. Raj wakes up and remembers Evan trying to run towards him but being too drunk and falling on his face. Raj and Karma dragged him to a chair and Raj simply passed out later with a drink in his hand. Raj tells Evan that Karma went home. Hank leaves, then Evan leaves glaring at Raj suspiciously.
Back at the HankMed cottage, Ken has his CT with Hank and Emily in the room. Evan brings them coffee "...something strong for those... with regrets about last night." Hank and Emily have no regrets but accept Evan's coffee. Evan finds a disc left by Dieter, with a card: "As discussed. From last night's festivities." Emily looks at the disc and asks if it's a good movie. Evan says he'll find out.
The CT shows that Ken has had a minIature toy sword in his sinus cavity since childhood. Evan correctly guesses that Ken fought with his brothers over action figures as a kid and one got shoved up there. This is the cause of his sinus pain. In regards to Hank's desire for revenge, Emily points out that if "someone" had punched and broken Ken's nose earlier (like twenty years ago), he would have been spared years of suffering. "Yeah." Hank smiles at that.
A recovered Aristotle tells the women he wanted one last hurrah. The meter's still running but that's okay - he accepts all kinds of credit cards. Before Jill and Divya can change out of their party clothes, a staffer takes a picture and they run into Hank and Evan following Ken being wheeled into the hospital. Raj runs up saying he remembers allowing Karma to borrow Evan's minivan. Her interest piqued, Divya wants to know what happened last night. The guys agree they're still trying to get to the bottom of that - but not before a shower and a nap. Raj gives Divya a kiss and tells her he'll call her later. He leaves, then Jill and Divya leave. Ken gets wheeled out and apologizes to Hank for the way he behaved in middle school and for pretending not to recognize him when they first re-met. He's a dick and Hank is a descent guy, says Ken. Hank says he's completely forgotten.
Evan and Hank discuss Raj's lap dance with Karma. Evan wonders whether he should watch the surveillance tape of Raj's dance. Hank says he shouldn't. Evan seems a little concerned about Hank's possible involvement with Emily.
Divya has found the note from Dieter and disc of the private dance. As she glances at the note, Karma walks in to return the keys to/and Evan's van. She congratulates Divya on having such a great man in Raj. Divya starts to watch the tape and Evan runs in. In the recording, Raj declines the dance, instead offering Karma work at one of his hotels and saying complimentary things about Divya.
The tape then cuts to a drunk Evan dancing on the stripper pole by himself. Badly.
