Writer/Director Christopher Baker came up with the concept while eating Chinese take-out and discussing his need for good short film ideas with another filmmaker. After the phone conversation ended, he opened his fortune cookie to find a prophetic fortune that read "Good ideas will spring forth naturally from your mind in the coming week." He was then inspired to write the short script about a man with a similar incident.
Won second place in Universal Studios' and Chiller Network's Scary Good Short Film Competition 2009.
Had its world television premiere on Halloween night 2009 when Chiller Network aired the finalists to the competition during commercial breaks for Bram Stoker's Dracula.
