Ryoko and her friends form Otogi Bank: a social club which specializes in resolving problems for classmates via aggressive transactions. The wallflower Ryoshi is smitten with Ryoko - despite rejection - and must prove his worth to the rest of the troop.
A mysterious girl asks Ryoko for protection from an aggressive ex-boyfriend. Ryoshi proves himself to the group when Ryoko and the members of Otogi Bank are threatened by the violent Onigashima gang. Ryoko shows a more sensitive side.

Ringo dodges a request from senior and beauty pageant winner, Himeno. Their unfortunate past has Ringo in a fuss. Until she can face the upperclassman, the rest of Otogi Bank must entertain Himeno's seven tyke siblings!
