- In two levels, there are characters that are clearly nude. However, their privates are pixilated. Most notably in level 6 where Kane & Lynch are both fully nude. Their butts are shown, but their privates have the same blurring.
Violence & Gore

- Disturbing torture where just glimpses are shown. Two men are cut many times with a boxcutter and it's implied a woman was too.
- Whenever an enemy is shot in the head at point blank range with certain weapons such as a shotgun or Desert Eagle, a pixilation effect appears. A blood pool appears under them when this happens too.
- A woman is shot and killed and a man slices his own throat open with a knife afterwards.
- A man's head is held on a frying pan for a few seconds. A pixilation effect appears on his head and his screaming is heard for a few seconds.
- A man is tackled and then has his neck broken.
- Heavy violence with light bloodshed
