- Nathan Ford: Let's go steal a mountain
- Parker: Again
- [Scoffs]
- Nathan Ford: What?
- Parker: Again. We already stole a mountain two years ago.
- Nathan Ford: Really?
- Eliot Spencer: Technically it was a mountain resort, not a mountain, but, yeah.
- Alec Hardison: You were also very drunk on that one.
- Nathan Ford: [to Karen Scott] You are emotionally involved, it' leads to bad decisions.
- Alec Hardison: I'm sorry did you just say that?
- [His tone full of irony]
- Alec Hardison: With a Straight Face?
- Nathan Ford: Not Helpful.
- [Pointing to Hardison]
- Nathan Ford: Not Helpful at all.
- Parker: What about Drexel?
- Nathan Ford: That's Sophie's job. She's gonna keep Drexel off the mountain; distract him.
- [*via Comms*]
- Nathan Ford: You okay with that, Sophie?
- Sophie Devereaux: [*reprovingly*] Nate! I'm at a party full of drunk millionaires far from home who're dizzy from lack of oxygen.
- [*makes a happy little shrug*]
- Sophie Devereaux: It's like grifter Christmas in here!
- Sophie Devereaux: [after Kissing him she whispers] I'm running the Moscow Circus con, and your the Ivan. Go.
- Nathan Ford: I'm kind 'of dyeing from Altitude sickness here.
- Sophie Devereaux: Well then do it quickly.
- Karen Scott: I was so...
- Nathan Ford: Angry?
- Karen Scott: We never got to say goodbye. And that.. isn't fair.
- Nathan Ford: It's never fair. Listen to me: I lost someone; you don't get *fair*. You don't get closure or goodbye. So you take the anger. I've learned that the anger... feels pretty good. Better than the grief. I know that the anger is the thing that gets me up - gets me going in the morning. But, you know, you have to be a little bit careful, because if you let yourself be driven by the anger it'll blind you, and you'll get into trouble over and over again, just so you can... *feel*. Just so you can beat something.
- Karen Scott: [*crying*] And what happens then?
- Nathan Ford: Well, eventually you run into something your anger can't beat...
- Karen Scott: Like a mountain?
- Nathan Ford: [*nods*] You realize that your... your luck has run out.
- [*clears throat*]
- Nathan Ford: And it's a long way down.
