ms. walker's character in this film sets an amazingly high bar for the others to strive for. though they are by no means slouches, they do have a bit of trouble achieving the level of professionalism ms. walker is said to be known for. in defense of the big guy, he was woefully miscast while the mob boss was spectacular! i don't assume the budget was used properly as the casting director certainly wasn't at his best. the young actors mentioned in this film provide enough "pop" to make the screen writing shine through. i will definitely be checking up on what else a couple of these actors will be up to in the new year. all in all, this is definitely worth checking out if you're an indie film buff like myself.
