Sex & Nudity

  • In Episode 10, Asura and Augus are naked in a hot spring (although their private areas are censored by the steam and that no genitals are to be seen on them) They are later then accompanied by 2 attractive women that wear skimpy clothing revealing cleavage. One of the women accompanies Asura, and as she sits by him, her breast slightly jiggles, and Asura looks in awe and excitement, though he snaps out of it.
  • When the player has control of Asura, they can do various things with the woman accompanying him. They can playfully splash her, make Asura stand up (which seems that he's actually showing his private area in front of her as she looks in shock, surprise, and disgust), and even zoom in and look at her breasts, though she'll cover them in disgust after looking at them for a while.
  • However, when Asura's Burst Gauge is filled up from doing these various actions, he attempts to make an "advance" on the woman accompanying him by activating his burst, only to be punched by Augus. Augus' behind is briefly seen for a few seconds.
  • Also, during the Hot Spring scene, if Asura looks around the Hot Spring, he will take sight of some peeping toms lurking around as they watch him. However, as Asura looks at them, they will immediately hide from him.

Violence & Gore

  • We see a giant being stabbed in the eye, resulting in large blood spurts.
  • Throughout game play itself, blood is replaced with fiery orange light and the violence is only moderate in nature.
  • The game is a over-the-top beat-em-up, rail shooter, action adventure game where you take the role of a demigod seeking vengeance upon those who framed him for the murder of the emperor.
  • Asura is a very powerful demigod in which he uses his wrath to fuel his attacks that deliver in a very destructive matter. He attacks his enemies with absolute ferocity. Also, during a few parts of the story, the player will take control of Yasha, Asura's brother-in-law, one of the demigods that betrayed Asura (though he later defected) and the gameplay is roughly the same as Asura aside from few different attacks.
  • The gore in this game is not really as bad as other action-oriented games (since this is a rated T game), though Asura during some fights, his arms gets severed, but not in a bloody fashion. Also, some characters get disemboweled, with orange blood leaking from the wound, though not very graphic.
  • During the rail-shooter parts of the game, Asura/Yasha destroys tons of gunships, as well as flying enemies.
  • When Asura fights the demigods that betrayed him, he fights them in very epic proportions and finishes them off in very violent ways, like:
  • Killing one of them with a single powerful punch.
  • Crushing one of them to death within a escape pod whine they attempted escape.
  • Disemboweling two of them (one with a sword, the other with razor hands).

Profanity

  • Several uses of swearing are spoken by the characters such as "damn," "bitch," "bastard," and "hell."

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • In Episode 10 during the Hot Spring part, Asura has the option to drink alcohol from either a small cup or the entire jug. As he drinks more, his vision becomes very groggy.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Lots of intense scenes and battles throughout the game.
  • The monsters called ghoma can be frightening
