- Graphic descriptions of what Jimmy did to his victims. Episode 2 has a content warning, as it gets worse when they talk about Jimmy's crimes
- We learn Jimmy always hung around hospitals, and schools, and earned the trust of people eventually learning what he really did, as his actions were protected due to him being really famous,

- The documentary deals heavily with very disturbing subject matter, mainly involving severe allegations of grooming, sexual abuse, assault, and rape with minors. As such, the graphic references of sexual violence and abuse as victims recount their experiences are very distressing and upsetting.

- The end of the second episode turns very dark, as victims start to tell their story of when Jimmy harassed them as kids. Graphic descriptions throughout, will disturb viewers as the victims were all underage children.
