Young guy: "After all you've been through.. I don't get how you have such joy in life."

Holocaust survivor, Daniel Chanock: "Listen, life is a one-time gift. Don't let it go to waste!"

There are many moving stories in this short documentary. It's a unique take on the Holocaust story. What do these tattoos mean to the survivors? Some of them wear them with pride, others get relatives' numbers tattooed, some hide them in shame. Regardless of how they view their tattoos, they're all remarkable people who have endured tremendous adversity.

Powerful scenes of when they all raise their tattooed arms in the air together. I also loved the man who gave his grandson a heartfelt hug: "This is my victory!"

Only downsides, were that I thought the documentary makers tried to be a bit too "artsy" at times, or create certain atmosphere, when really, the people and their stories were more than enough to do so.

I gave up after 20 minutes. I wanted more details - about the individuals, the process of receiving the tattoos, etc. - instead I just saw names and numbers. What could have been a compelling documentary was unwatchable.
