Love this show, have been watching it with my husband since it started (still watch the original but the Aussie version is cool). It's great fun full of interesting and mostly nice happy people doing interesting challenges all across this beautiful world. Love seeing different countries and their cultures, so many places I now want to visit that I would never have known about. Beau is a really great host, he has the looks, humility, warmth, charm and makes me laugh all the time, has to be the best Aussie host on any of our reality shows! Not a fan of the covid comebacks but suppose they have to do something, just feel for the racers who are there everyday.

Wow! Just horrible!
I doubt there will be a Season 5 of Australia.
Hardly no prizes for finishing 1st and when there was, it was dinky! Not since Seasons 1 of Amazing Race USA or Canada have a seen such uselessness for finishing 1st on a leg. Yeah you start 1st but often everyone catches up to you because of flights or a challenge being closed.
Season 4 of Australia was so poorly done they should quit now!
Also, I've never seen any Amazing Race USA or Canada have it where you finish the leg, you end up starting somewhere not even close to where you finished. It's like having a marathon where you start in the city and end up in the middle of no where and have no one to cheer you on at the finish line or for "The Office" fans, the charity race for 5KM not being a loop from start to finish at same place and ends up randomly 5KM away from your office.
What was with the digging in the desert challenge for the box. I understand you have limited time with the daylight and all but again! What is the point finishing the leg before that 1st if everyone starts the next leg at the same time?!
I don't mind too much the "U-Turn" but 2 in a race is enough BUT NEVER ON THE LEG JUST BEFORE TO BE IN THE TOP 3 TO RACE IN THE END. What is this?! Who royally messed up on this one! Let the racers race to be in the top 3 to go onto the final 3! And Jasmin and Jerome, I liked you guys until you went and talked to Tyler and Tom at the airport to say to them you were keeping the alliance. You could have just not say anything to them and talked to everyone else for the voting to vote against them. That was pointless!
I would have loved to see Tyler and Tom race against Tim and Rod to make the best team win. It really is between these 2 teams for the FINAL WIN! Don't get me wrong, the other 2 teams were good and I was rooting for Viv and Joey but if you like at the whole Season 4, TT and TR were the 2 teams to finish tasks quickly compared to the others.
I'll stick to my Amazing Race USA and Canada as they still have a winning formula and have prizes now at every leg when you finish 1st! That's motivation to be 1st! Not like AU just giving a target on your back!
TYLER AND TOM ARE THE TRUE WINNERS OF SEASON 4. Unfortunately they messed up on the final task being to tedious but remove that U-turn and they finish 1st in the leg!
Absolute trash product for the celebrity edition

The Amazing Race Australia celebrity edition completely falls short of its international counterparts, struggling with a combination of pacing issues, garbage casting, and uninspired challenges. The show's breakneck speed often sacrifices depth, leaving viewers feeling rushed through each leg of the race without the opportunity to fully engage with the unfolding events. Unlike its more successful counterparts, the Australian celebrity version lacks the gripping narrative that keeps audiences invested.
The celebrity edition is an absolute embarrassment to how selfish and privileged Australian "celebrities" are. First off, these characters are far from celebrity status. They are glorified social media people. They are supposed to be competing their hearts out for meaningful charities, but it's clear they lack ambition and will. If these are the clowns that represent Australia, the country and its people should be embarrassed. I feel sorry for the charities because the baboons representing them don't actually care about the mission.
The choice of teams plays a crucial role in the success of any reality competition, yet The Amazing Race Australia seems to miss the mark with its casting. Some teams lack the chemistry and charisma necessary to make them compelling protagonists, resulting in a disconnect between participants and viewers. This weakens the emotional investment that is pivotal for a show of this nature.
This was an attempt to copy a successful concept in America, but ended up being a complete swing and miss. I urge the production crew to stick with selecting hard working regular Australians moving forward, as it brings more authenticity to the show.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON SEASON 7. It is an absolute embarrassment to the whole amazing race franchise!
