Well, the title for this one-minute short film by Funnyordie tells you pretty much exactly what this is about. Katy Perry reprises her character Kathy Beth Terry from her music video for "Last Friday Night" and tells us a bit about her experiences during 6th grade and her braces and her classmates etc. This character is pretty much the evidence that it's almost impossible to disfigure an attractive woman by makeup and costume. Katy Perry still looks really hot as that nerdy alter ego of herself. The film, however, is not too memorable. I still believe Perry is a decent actress as well. She shows glimpses of talent in here and I recommend this short film to everybody who liked the music video. I actually believe I even slightly prefer this short movie.
