Warning: Spoilers
A plain businessman meets a beautiful woman at a station and falls in love with her at first sight. He spots her by chance in the window of a building from his office. In order to get her attention somehow, he throws a paper airplane toward the window many times. I like this film very much. It's just like the Disney movies. Its story, pictures and music, everything is very good. Especially, the character's expression is wonderful. It changes with dizzying speed. So we can see various expressions and guess from them character's feeling. At the climax scene, many paper airplanes begin to move as if they were blown to life. And they support his love. I don't know why, but I also want to support his love. The scene is my favorite scene. If you watch this film, you will surely feel happy. There are only seven minutes, but this is full of happiness.

Excellent Work Here

I was on a competing team for this 48 Hour Film Challenge and this short film "The Paper Man" oozes excellence in every sense of the word. The story line was well thought out even for the short time you had to draft it. The locations were very realistic looking. The camera angles were shot with a professional eye. The characters were very convincing in their delivery of lines. Michael Clark is a very talented filmmaker to say the very least. If you don't know the work and dedication involved in making a film from scratch in 48 hours then you really can't grasp the accomplishment made with this film. Good work my friend. Even though we have never officially met, I believe you will go far in this business. You have set the bar high and I look forward to seeing your entry next year.
