Sex & Nudity

  • A man strokes a girl's hair, but she quickly pulls away. He later starts to un-button his shirt, but the scene cuts, implying that the two may have had sex.

Violence & Gore

  • There is a rather large amount of bloody imagery and sequences in this movie.
  • Throughout the film, the characters see visions of a ghost often covered in blood.
  • A woman slaps a girl during an argument. This actually happens twice during two separate scenes.
  • A girl walks in on another inside of a recording studio hanged and vomiting blood.
  • Two girls get into a fight, but it is broken up relatively quickly.
  • A girl's eyelids are damaged from cosmetics she was wearing.
  • During a hallucination sequence, a girl turns to a mirror to find her face is covered in blood. Her makeup table then starts to violently shake, and all the cosmetic containers that fall off splatter blood on the floor.
  • The same girl the next day has a hallucination of two hands gouging out her eyes, and she falls off a stage during a music video shoot. We see a chilling closeup of her bloodied face.
  • A girl sees reflections of herself covered in blood.
  • The same girl is lifted by a high-rise camera that eventually falls, crushing her with rather bloody results. She lives, however.
  • Three girls commit suicide by drinking bleach. Two of the deaths are offscreen, but their aftermaths are shown. We then see the third girl carry out the act and almost immediately cough up blood.
  • A man is killed when a row of stage lights breaks, swings, and hits him directly on the head. A bloody gash on his forehead is visible.
  • A woman is burned alive by a stage flare with grisly results.
  • A girl trips in the middle of a crowd rush and is trampled to death. There are closeups of blood coming out of her mouth.
  • In a flashback, a girl's face is disfigured by her own band-mates with acid. She then commits suicide by drinking bleach with very bloody results.
  • Within the same flashback, another girl is caught in a fire and burned alive. We do not see the actual results, though.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • There is one scene where a man pours alcohol for himself and the main protagonist, but that is the full extent of it.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Being a horror film, there is a good number of jump scares and disturbing imagery.
  • There is a rather copious amount of blood shown throughout the film.
  • The visions that the band-mates have of the ghost can be quite frightening.
  • The truth about the history of the "White" song is a rather disturbing reveal.
  • The film's climax leads to a flashy sequence where we see the ghost's face multiple times up close.
  • The movie also taps into themes of intense jealousy and desire for fame within the music industry. This is portrayed through some heavy excursions between the people involved with the band.

Sex & Nudity

  • A character is implied to have been sexually assaulted in a brief, roughly four-second scene near the end of the film. We see a hand go over her shoulder, and it is followed by a table shaking rapidly.
