- Vince continues to woo Sophia. The DeLucas fall in love with a pricey restaurant space, forcing Turtle to pitch his investors for more money. Distraught over Sloan, Eric turns to Melinda (again). Ari connects with Vince and Drama's miner movie script.—Anonymous
- Vince wants to woo Sophia and makes a video with his exes to show Sophia how much he is respected by women.
Turtle finds himself needing more money from his investors when his business partners eye an expensive property (twice as expensive as what Turtle budgeted for). John and Gina tell Turtle that they came to LA for a free trip and to see some stars, but they are now intrigued by Turtle's business proposition. They won't invest a single dime, only sweat equity. And they will split all the profits 50-50. The partners tell Turtle that the name of the street is the same as the name of John's mother, so either this is the place or there is no place.
Turtle goes back to his investors, who are not ready to stump up more money for the venture. Then Turtle gets the news that Mark Cuban took the Tequila company public. Had Turtle not sold his & Vince shares, together they would have $ 19 MM. Vince tells Turtle that he never sold his shares & even bought Turtle's shares. Turtle made $4 million on the deal, and Vince made $ 15 million.
Drama delivers Vince's video to Sophia & tells her that Vince is a great brother and a friend. Sophia is impressed with Drama's conviction for Vince. Sophia calls Vince and agrees to have a drink before she leaves New York.
Ari and Dana are back together. Dana reads the script that Billy has written for Drama and tells Ari that she will get it made in her Hallmark Channel. Ari tells Dana that he will take a bank loan to pay Melissa the money he took as a loan from her, plus half of his net worth.
Ari is curios as to why Drama's miner movie is not getting made. Lloyd tells him that the director Moonves will only make it with Phil, however Phil likes it. Dana calls Ari and says that her Hallmark channel head loves the script, but Drama is not an easy sell. So, its back to Phil to get the movie made with Drama in it.
Vince and Ari learn that Phil Yagoda - who feels slighted because Drama went on strike - no longer wants Drama in the miner movie and must step in to change Phil's mind. Phil says that he is the only person in the whole town who stood by Drama, and he walked. And now Phil still has to work with him. Vince decides to offer $100,000 to Phil's German Shepherd charity for him to forget about the slight Drama did to him.
Ari must give bad news to Dana (that he still loves his wife), and though she is not mad at him, it's a bitter pill to swallow. Dana tells Ari that Melissa wants something that Ari is not giving her.
Scott tells E that Galecki just booked a huge movie, that could mean millions of dollars for the agency. They cannot fire him. Eric's vindictive side shows when he and Melinda crash Sloan's date with Galecki. Later, E goes over to apologize to Sloan. Sloan says she was never with Galecki and was only having lunch to tell him that they could never be together. She tells E her entire family hates him, and she can never be with E. E says he still has feelings for her, and is sorry for whatever wrong he ever did to her. Sloan gives Eric news that she is pregnant and she is moving to New York like she always planned. Also, she doesn't want E to be involved ever.
