This episode was in honor of The Closer, which stars Michael Paul Chan and Kyra Sedgwick. Coincidentally, Kyra of Kyra's Bakeshop won. Kyra is a gluten free baker and as of this review she's going strong in her bakery. Johnny Manganiotis of Mr Cupcakes was one of the contestants.
