Last week with the announcement of the gardens Kane seems untouchable. The Lame's seem to be on top with Meredith now joining closer to Tom. Zajac decides to stay on his campaign trail. Kitty comes to Kane's office to talk with him. Kitty says she wanted to leave Walsh before the scandal and know she wants her job back because Mona was fired. He does not give it to her and we find out she is undercover. The police are studying the suicide attempt of the shooter and know Kane knows he is now dead. Mona looks around her house and sees all the holes were Kane placed camera's to look at Mona, she knows this because he said her daughters name. Sam then has lunch with Kane and his friend and Kane tells Sam to stop digging into him. Darius is now selling the stuff but takes a bit himself. Kane visits Zajac at his office Sam is meeting a source in a dark room as he continues his search into Kane. Kane goes to a bar and meets with an old friend of him who provides him with some information. Emma is going out one again to find an apartment with Ian. Meredith meets some people in the office and they tell her that are not going to listen to these people. The man asks to just have lunch with Meredith and Tom on a boat. When the announcement that it was Frances Betker who was the one to shoot at the Mayor. The whole story explodes even Sam having the shut down the story it was a cover-up. Sam's closest ally has seen Kane shake and it seems that things can only get worst for Kane. While in Kane's office we see Kitty start to undress in front of Kane, she shows him the wire she has to wear. Zajac is going to run against Kane if he wins this first election. Avideo of Sam paying for a leak is leaked on the news and it just ruins his career even more. Emma goes to visit Ian's apartment as she cannot find him. Meredith is with Vaccaro on the boat and when they start to talk they start to kiss because of the attraction they share. Kitty and Kane talk about the shooting and that is was a stunt to get more sympathy votes even know no one was to get hurt. She comes back because she belongs there. Emma gets into Ian's apartment and while looking at some photos starts to notice some things. Someone comes in to fire Sam and no one will believe his stories again. Just when we thought Kane was OK the dead come back and now Mona has delivered all the devices that were used to watch her home. Meredith and Vacarro have sex on the boat. Kitty tells Kane that his sickness might leak and they have to bring the whole family together. Kane then lashes out with Kitty and his doctor in the office, but he screams at nothing. When the story breaks it is not what they expected but something to do with Walsh. Sam is fearful when it comes to leaking unlike his ex co-worker. So she gives him the stick and walks away from him. Kitty is firmly in the company of Kane now as her name is put on her office door. Kane comes home and Meredith is in her bed almost dying and him not letting her get the medicine she needs. Kane may be bad but when his wife is almost on her last breath he lets her live. Great finale and Grammar is so great at this role that he needs the award attention he deserves. It of course was filled with cliffhangers like most shows are but it was still great.
