Morals and emotions

Well I do not know why I watched this. I think I should have known better. That aside though, as cliche as predictable as this is, it does not contain many things that many would call offensive. While this is about infidelity, you will not see nudity in the sense you may be used to it from other movies.

But that is fair - unless you have a real issue with it not going all the way (no pun intended). What is worse though is the acting - or absence of it to be more honest. The movie starts off with a scene that should be telling - I do not think that you will be able to continue watch after it. It is a meltdown - and while I do sympathize with anyone who has one of those, it will be impossible for the viewer to say the same for the character who has it to begin with (again no pun intended).

There are some funny scenes, like when we have some oral pleasure while the husband calls in - but do not expect too much from that, it barely scatches the surface of being a good and funny scene. And I may have made it sound better than it is. But what are friends for? I mean reviewers (no pun intended)

Not worth 10 minutes let alone almost two hours

Not sure how I came across this movie on Prime but I put it in my queue. Watched it tonight and many times during the movie I wondered why I kept watching - maybe hoping it would get better? Well, it never did. The actors were OK but nothing that would make me want to watch other movies with them, or, for that matter, watch other movies done by this director. The plot was very plodding, moved slowly along while I hoped it would get interesting at some point, but it never did. Yes, there was a plot twist at the end but that sure didn't make up for the whole rest of the movie. So, folks, don't even bother with this one...

An amazing Nigeria movie.

Now this is such an amazing movie .by all standards I give it a big thumps up. The film on its own showcases some of the intricacies of married life in urban Nigerian homes.i love the plot. The ability to tell a great story without the audience figuring out the next move.i loved it and I will definately see it again.

Let me give direct kudos to the producers of this great Nigerian story. They must have worked really hard to build a believable story worth my every almost 2 hours of an exciting film time .I give a thumbs up to the actors,they were on their game .I have been an ardent follower of the Nigerian film industry for years and so I know most of the actors by name .big weldone to actor bobby michaels, eyinna wigwe ,shaffy Bello and lotachukwu. Their delivery of the Said situation in this film was very believable, captivating and totally amazing . Loved the cast Thank you Amazon for such a great movie .I hope to see great stuff like this on your channel in the future .

I will gladly recommend this feature film to most of my friends and Family coming home to Nigeria for the Christmas holiday this year.

One of the best movies of the year. I was really waiting to watch this movie and it didn't disappoint: From the plot, to the cinematography, to the characters, acting and production quality, it nailed it!

In the end, it was the twist that blew me away. I'll recommend this movie to anyone looking for pure, unadulterated entertainment.

The movie also boasts of a cocktail of stars, such as Shaffy Bello, Lota Chukwu, Enyinna Nwigwe, Segun Ogungbe and others, who brought their A-game to this film, as their acting, brilliantly, interpreted the characters in the movie.

Great Movie

I am overwhelmed with excitement. I can't believe I jus saw a movie I jus didn't want to end. The one bad turn movie is a stunner of a movie out of Nigeria. I was told by a very dear friend of mine to go see it ,and I just never got the chance until I finally saw it. Now I know why my friend kept urging and encouraging me to see it .this is such a brilliant movie. A movie well thought of.well written and I must say well produced.can I say a big weldone to the stars who showed extreme professionalism in making sure that their character portrayal was simply on point. Now I believe that the Nollywood Film industry has really come of age.

Kudos to actors Shaffy bello,lotachukwu ,eyinnna wigwe and offcos my favorite guy Bobby michaels. They all delivered a stellar performance.

So here's me recommending this beautiful movie to anyone who wants to have a good time seeing Nigerian creativity on screen.it was worth all my time and I bet it will be worth anyone else's.

So Amazon, pls pls more and more of titles like this Thank you.

Wow! I love love love! My finest came together and made us proud! Great Story line and well told too. Thumbs up Guys!!! The suspense was lit. I mean you would know that bad behaviour would land you in trouble but there were lots of twists and turns as well as creativity leading to the wahala. One would not have predicted the Royal buffet(not breakfast o) that was served Lota at the end, spearheaded by her so called Love😁. I also like the fact that it is a movie about infidelity yet the entire family can watch and learn life's lessons at any level. The entire cast came to the party, great acting! Aunty Shaffy, your English blows my mind all the time🤗. Bobby, Jack of all trades, master of ALL. Weh done! I hope this movie can be on more platforms for the world to see. MORE WINS GUYS!!!

A "ONE OF A KIND" Type of movie

I titled this the way i did because I honestly believe it is, I never watch a movie more than once not even a Hollywood one but i watched this exactly 3 times because to me it was incredibly exceptional. I perceived the outright intelligence in this movie's production, cinematography & story telling.

I love the fact that a growing teenager can watch it and not be bothered about immoralities of any sort, strong languages were at the barest minimum and execution by the actors were on 200% i dare say.

I believe you'd have to be a real deep thinker to figure this movie out. The love, betrayal & plot twists, really exceptional. Movies like these make be a proud Nigerian.

A big well done to everyone involved in this project.

A MUST watch!

This is an amazing movie with a great storyline! Pacing was good. It is the first Nollywood movie in a while that that kept me enthralled and wasn't predictable.

It didn't seem low budget, and the picture / film quality was great. The cast were good (Enyinna Nwigwe and Lota Chukwu deliver, in my opinion), and the message was clear. This is a fantastic example of how great Nollywood productions if there is due diligence, good writers, and actors are hired or cast, wonderful stories are told, and a script is completed and edited BEFORE being translated to the big screen. You don't really have to have a huge budget; it is the talent that makes the film.

As an African-American in the US, its great to see what Africa has to offer in film.

Hmm this movie is the bomb Please Amazon more of this ki d of movie please.i enjoyed every bit of the film.the acting was out of this world and the story was just captivating from start to finish. I loved the actors so much too.please always let us know when films like one bad turn is in the offering on Amazon. I am jus overwhelmed with so much excitement. I have seen such a promise with Nigerian films and I am so grateful I saw one bad turn.

A Must Watch!

Wow! I'm not even going to exaggerate, I have seen this movie over 10times and its worthwhile! One of the best movies I have seen this year, I didnt want the movie to end, it had very heart warming moments. The writer did a good job. It had humor, drama, romance, action...I absolutely love the various emotions that it invokes; joy, love, sadness and many more. I loved the plot twist, the actors portrayed their characters so convincingly. Lots of lessons to learn from this great movie. I would recommend this movie anyday. If you haven't seen it, just do yourself justice and go watch it. It's a great holiday movie.

Great 👍 storyline

Am going to give this movie a 10 star because the producer,the director,the actors and actresses made this movie a mind blowing one. The movie really tells you what many husbands are going through in their homes, but it also tells you "one bad turn deserves another".. the twist at the ending is so amazing,I never expected such ,still couldn't believe the ending.

Nice camera angle,the wardrobe was amazing love that they had to showcase the beauty in Ankara outfits.

This movie is a must watch but before watching grab your popcorn and soda, because you definitely going to be glued to your seat...

I don't understand how this movie was rated at only a 2.9 when indeed it should be a 10. Very good production, videoography, and the storyline and plot twists were beautifully done. This movie will be recommended to the masses. We need more movies like this; exploring the pitfalls of marriages and the support of friends. The dramatics and rich juicy details of each scene, the decor, the fashion, costume design was phenomenal. Looking forward to more movies from this production, actors, actresses, and directors.

Thankyou Amazon Prime for hosting it. Looking forward to seeing more movies from this genre in the drama and romantic area. Bravo!

Great Movie

Great movie. Well written. Great storyline. Best movie of the year out of Africa. I loved the plot twist. The characters did a great job. I like that there was a bit of comedy.

The ending was great. I didn't see that coming.

I will definitely recommend it to others to watch. Drama of great proportions. Lovely acting by all the actors . Storyline is very relatable. The character of the wife is very risqué. She became wayward very quickly.

I like the outfits for the movie and great location for filming.

Bobby Michael is very handsome. Such a great actor. All of them did well actually. They brought the story to life.

One bad turn is truly a movie worth watching .I liked the plot and I liked the directorial style of the director in telling the story.i must admit that I am not a big fan of African films but these one ...this one was one of a kind.i was totally glued to my screen as I couldn't do nothing else but ensure I watched the movie to the very end.and oh,I loved the actors.the actors were simply electrifying in their performances that it didn't take too much for me to understand where the movie was going.i loved the ending part as well.i didn't see that coming.morally it taught a goof lesson to folks who may likely be in situations like the one the movie presented.

Kudos and thanks to Amazon for putting out such a lovely movie coming from Nollywood Nigeria.

I had an awesome two hours.i bet someone else feels same way too.
