Jack calls Nolan at the bar from outside of Boston, where he is searching for Amanda. Jack tells Nolan to keep Declan from talking to anybody until he returns.
Defense Attorney Brooks tells the family his strategy is to paint Daniel in a sympathetic light and wants to open by putting Emily on the stand. Victoria doesn't love the idea. Brooks says the DA's office feels so strongly about its case that it's no longer offering Daniel a deal.
Emily shows Nolan the bugs she has in the Grayson home as Victoria is speaking with Lee about tampering with a few jury members.
Jack returns home. Declan notices the blood-stained hoodie and says he wants to tell the police
Dominik tells Victoria he's getting sniffs from art dealers regarding his work.
Jack shows up at Emily's place. She tells him she hasn't heard from Amanda. He says he thinks Amanda is in trouble and Emily suggests he keep looking.
Daniel tells Victoria that based on his past he is expecting to be found guilty. When he leaves Victoria calls Brooks to tell him he should subpoena Jack as a hostile witness.
Charlie is still taking her pills. Victoria tells her to "find a way" to get Declan to corroborate her story.
Juror No. 3 is visited by Victoria's henchman Lee. He says if she doesn't hang the jury he'll kill her son, and shows her a photo as proof of his ability to get new to the young boy.
Emily tells Nolan his job is to make sure Declan sticks to his story.
Charlie goes to see Declan in a fancy dress. She tells him this is the chance for him to fix "everything, including you and me." All he has to do is tell the truth. Nolan interrupts and Declan tells him that he simply can't lose his brother.
In court the following day Declan is on the stand. He is asked about Charlie's statement, and says there was no one else on the beach. He says his testimony is more credible because Charlie was drunk and had been taking pills.
Victoria makes sure to prod Daniel about the fact Emily was sitting next to Jack in court. An angry Daniel calls Emily and tells her he's not sure she's in love with him.
Jack tells Nolan about the evidence in his possession. He wants to turn himself in and asks Nolan to help him. Nolan immediately calls Emily, who wants him to keep him there.
Charlie gets a delivery of Vicodin from Adam, who wants a sexual payment as well as money.
Conrad pays Dominik a visit, referencing both his affair with his wife and his shady past in making forgeries. Dominik says he's been told what Conrad did to David Clarke. Conrad responds by suggesting he clear out and the two exchange nasty words.
Emily breaks into Jack's home looking for the sweatshirt and doesn't find it.
A drunken Daniel staggers into Emily's house and accuses her of sneaking around with Jack, eventually pushing her. The police burst into the room, as Daniel is violation of his house arrest.
Emily tells Victoria about Daniel's accusation and says she's been working with Jack to look into information about Amanda. Emily says she hasn't found anything.
Nolan and Jack return to his place to find it ransacked. Jack realized the hoodie is gone.
In the city Lee being pulled over with Jack's sweatshirt in his possession.
Nolan assures Jack and Declan the Graysons are capable of anything.
Lee calls Victoria from prison. He says that if he's going down he's taking her with him.
Victoria tells Conrad about what she had Lee do, but says she thinks Jack must have set him up. Emily is listening to this conversation. Conrad tells her that Dominik is long-gone by now.
Daniel writes a letter to Emily. He says he's going to everybody a favor "and end this now.'
Brooks is in the Riker's Island facility to confer with Daniel in prison as Victoria goes to see Dominik.
It turns out that Lee has hung himself and confessed to killing Tyler. Daniel's charges could soon by dropped. Dominik seems to have cleared out.
Emily plays Nolan audio of Conrad speaking to somebody in order to set up the Lee murder. In it he references another "David Clarke situation." Emily realizes that the Graysons killed her father.
