The original adaptation, completed mid-May 2011, was 142 pages long. This included Shakespeare's full text with modern descriptions. Sadly, due to the small scope of Love: As You Like It, the script had to be cut way down. Eventually, about 50% of the original adaptation was eliminated.
"LOVE: As You Like It" features many special places and stores within the Mission District in San Francisco, as well as in the greater Bay Area including "Gypsy Honeymoon" on Valencia Street (Duke Senior's antique store), "Clarion Alley" in the Mission (where Rosalind, Orlando and Celia hang out), "Four Star Video" in Bernal Heights (Corinne's store), "Armando's" in Martinez (Jacques' comedy club), and "Mark West Stables" in Santa Rosa (the wedding).
Love: As You Like It screened at the Fort Myers Beach Film Festival on Friday, April 26th, 2013 at 9:00 PM. This was its world premiere.
Love: As You Like It screened at the Seattle True Independent Film Festival on Monday, May 6th, 2013 at 6:00 PM along with two short films.
Love: As You Like It screened at the Indie Gathering International Film Festival on Sunday, August 18th, 2013 at 3:50 PM.
