The BIRDS!!!!!!

This is one of the saddest episodes of television I have ever watched. I just finished it and I'm balling my eyes out!!! Just my god!! Ever single heartstring was pulled!!!! Why y'all have to gut us like that on EPISODE FIVE?!?! I had to take away a star for the fact that I'm crying! I need to go watch a comedy I can't even continue binging.

Next morning follow-up: I'm still sad I was just telling someone about it and I'm ready to cry again! THE BIRDS!! But it was such a great episode of television I think I'll watch it again. The writing so great! The moment he's walking the street and see the rose, so smart!

The old heroes are backing in town and requiring their rewards!!

The bubbly Whitechapel doesn't stop, whilst Sgt. Bennett Drake (Jerome Flynn) gear up for a date with the prostitute Rosie Erskine (Charlene McKenna) nearby robbery takes place, the box was open by a still unknown explosive, meanwhile Inspector Edmund Reid demands all men gathering at crime scene, even the enamored and fragrant Drake in a day-off, evidences retrieved lead to believe in a high style robbery, on few hours all gemstones stolen were returned at his owner, aside a little gem, Sgt. Drake asking for a raise to Inspector Reid bearing in mind a possible marriage with Rose, due lake of founds the uneasy Inspector can't afford, Drake leaves the place and stumbles upon his former officer in the Army Madoc Faukner (Iain Glen), Drake took him at his humble house, there the aged Madoc is dreadfully pissed off due his so beloved England left their heroes on begging, also allude to Drake if he was happy on Police Department, still realizing the lowly household that Drake is living, in the meantime Drake looking for something to drink, then Madoc disappears stealthily left behind the little gem took off the robbery, thus Drake perceives that Madoc is trying to bribe him to joint with his gang in something big that shall be happens in few days, Drake is in a tightrope, thinking in Rose he is prone to accept such offer, great episode indeed, Ripper Street is one my favorite series nowadays!!!
