Warning: Spoilers
Masi Oka does his finest job as he is so underrated. In taking a case very seriously. Led to that over in a serial killer and how that it is due to his own biological mom being killed before he got the chance to meet her in person.

The serial killer is known as a Ted Bundy like that killed women and dumped their bodies in trash hence the Trashman infamous nickname. All the women were in a parish in delivering babies.

HPD under such pressure there. Arrested the wrong man. But the innocent caretaker could not had done it as he was suffering from arthritis and now Five 0 must prove possibly of an innocent man being framed and finding the real serial killer who did the killings and putting those poor defenseless slain bodies in the trash.

Steve is in Japan and in the trying to locate his father John's killer. That could be Wo Fat on it. As Danny is in charge temporary there. As Joe White could be there for the same reason looking into Shellburn and Steve can't get his mind off it.

Once Steve sets his mind to it he is bound to follow it to it's conclusion.

Ha'alele ****

Warning: Spoilers
With McGarrett off to Japan to do further investigation into the deaths of his parents, Max, the autopsy guy, gets a rare opportunity to have an episode built around him and he certainly makes the most of it.

When a woman is murdered on the road, this opens up the case of a serial killer known as the Trash Man. A guy is spending life in prison due to circumstantial evidence, and Max feels he is innocent. Danny and the crew look for a common denominator in all the killings. Seems that all of the dead women gave up their newly born illegitimate children to a church. The ending where the real murderer is revealed is shocking to say the least. It also turns out that Max's biological mother was one of the victims.

Max puts on a gut-wrenching performance which is highly effective.

Warning: Spoilers
A standout episode, this is a story about a serial killer .called the Trashman due to his disposal method. Danny effectively commands the team as the investigation leads to a church that is a safe haven for abandoned babies. The revelation of the killers identity is a shocker. The episode is full of good actors: Max Perlich as the church caretaker who seems like a good suspect himself,Kevin Dobson in a small roleas the retired detective who originally worked the case, and Pruitt Taylor Vince as the man imprisoned for years who Max (rightly) believes is innocent. But they are all eclipsed by Madi Oka's powerful performance as he discovers the date of his young mother who brought him to the church and plays a key role in taking the deranged killer down.
