But we all know why it dropped below that 9.9 rating suddenly, and we all see through the rabid and comical botting campaign against this episode along with the rest of this anime arising out of envy. And we all know it will never change the fact that this episode along with multiple others from this anime are now already considered some of the best offered by this medium. The Fire broke the internet as the pinnacle of the battle shounen genre and beyond merely just that, some of the best storytelling moments in general. The Fire & Born in the Dark, The Drop & The Battle, Everything But The Rain, June Truth & The Blade Is Me; these duos and trios of episodes are all Episode of the Year contenders for what is Anime of the Year.

The Fire is the emotional cultivation of all the previous episodes of this anime, the climax of the Quincy invasion they had all been building towards.

PEAK!!! Best fight this year no question and it will go down one of the best in Shounen history! (especially for me)

This episode was everything I hoped it would be. Insane animation and choreography, the Sakuga was on point, the impact and direction of the episode is some of the best I have ever seen. Thanks Pierrot! Good job!

This episode was a real emotions rollercoaster, it took us from hype to happiness and finish it with sadness..

The Fire is a Masterpiece

This has to be the most perfect episode of anime I've watched in my life. Bleach definitely reached "Peak Fiction" with this episode. The writing, animation, music and sound effects are on a different level. 11/10. The build-up to this episode had been quick paced and no-nonsense. It is quite evident that Kubo has taken a hands-on approach and I love it! It deviates from the manga slightly and adds in some new material, which is quite important to the events down the line. There are very few episodes of anime out there that can surpass its manga, but this episode managed to do that. Absolutely insane!

The best episode of this shonen series till date

Bleach Thousand year blood war, episode 6 is in my opinion the best episode this shonen has ever produced till date, period.

Some of us who have read the manga knows whats coming, but this episode was on an entire different level. From the second the episode started till the end, my eyes were glued to the screen. The artwork and animation is the best this anime has seen since it's inception, it was quite evident that the studio has put its utmost attention to make this episode. All those years of waiting for the manga to be animated was worthwhile.

I just hope. Studio Pierrot animates not just this arc, but No breathes from hell arc too.

Bleach is and will always be one of the Top Tier Animes

I have been watching anime for years, including all of the big 3 and others. Bleach has always been one of my favorites because Tite takes so much care in writing the characters and storylines. He structures them brilliantly and ties everything together in a creative way. I watched the original Bleach years ago and began watching this Arc and it was worth the wait. This season, especially this episode proved that. The anime style was always good but it has grown and is even more refined than it was previously. You can see scene after scene how much care and precision was taken into creating this episode. Just *chefs kiss*

Omg guys i can't explain how peak that episode is, so first of all the animation is sooooo good but there is a little bit frame provider but it wasn't so bad and the visuals were 10/10 nothing wrong with it guys it was so good and the voices were also good, some of people says that the CGI of zanka no tachi north is bad and idk it was actually not great and not bad too, imagine them animating so many skeletons + so many visuals and sound effects in just one week!

I don't blame them at all for using cgi and i'm gonna say this again THIS EPISODE WAS GOD!

The sound effects were literally so perfect and how he said "BANKAI ZANKA NO TACHI" it was so great, my favourite Zanka No Tachi was the East.

I just saw people review bombing 1* cuz their own fav animes don't hit 10/10 , a guy said it's not worth the watch and claims that it's " mid " claiming ds , aot and fmab are much better , ds is geniunely carried by animations as a manga reader the manga is a let down to the anime , same with aot the story was boring from the start gets exciting and gets boring again , as for fmab : definitely of the most overrated anime to exist in all of anime good god the amount of times ive dropped the anime is crazy iam sorry but bleach simply deserves more love believe it or not it's dominating anime rn.

The person who wrote about bleach being mid sounds absolutely stupid ,he claims aot ,ds and fmab are good not realising ,aot was bad for 2 seasons ,fmab has to be the most overrated anime to exist while it's well written it's boring as hell , he also spoke above bleach being carried by animations , holy hek omg that's what ds stands for its hilarious how he's being so hypocritical when all of that is literally all of his fav shows bleach is definitely worth a watch to begin with you can skip the fillers if you're into art good music unique plot good character designs and fun fights watch bleach.

BANKAI

The animation team did an awesome job of visualizing the tremendous power emanating from an angry Yamamoto. His Bankai, the Zanka no Tachi, is a force to be reckoned with. The flames that Yamamoto was controlling were so intense that every drop of moisture evaporated from Soul Society. The double-edged nature of wielding such incredible power meant that he needed to finish the fight quickly or else risk destroying the entirety of Soul Society.

A major twist was involved during Yhwach vs Yamamoto. Truth be told, for some reason, I had completely forgotten about said twist from the manga. Which, in a sense, was a good thing, because I was genuinely surprised when it happened during the anime adaptation.

The battle between Yhwach and Yama was fantastic and showcased the best of Bleach's new art style. The flames from Yama's Bankai contrasted extremely well with Yhwach's blue Quincy powers, and the dark aesthetic fit as the backdrop for both of them. As mentioned, Yama had multiple different powers, and all of them were animated very well, from the CGI skeletons to the earth-shattering tip. This episode was a win from the production side and had a fantastic build-up. Now, let's see if the plot was worth everything that went well so far.

"The fire" is literally fire

This episode was so good they had to rename the episode to "the fire" because this episode is literally on fire for 20 minutes. This is the best episode in all of bleach and one of the best episode's in all of anime. I was literally screaming from hype this is to good. Old man Yamamoto is one of the most hype characters I have ever seen and I hope he not dead by next episode. Yamamoto making Yhwach walk over all his dead comrades was insane and the animation through the entire episode was amazing. I would probably say the animation was even better than demon slayer. These anime company's have infinite budget.

overrated but solid

Episode was okay. Fight was solid. I liked the shading and color for Yama in Bankai, and same for Yhwach. I was expecting much better fight scenes since we waited 10 years for this but I'll take what I can get. Episode could've used better dialogue between Yhwach and Yama. These two fought years ago so i wild expect more sublimes between them and more back & fourth but they didn't do that. Another problem is with the stiffness of some of the animation. Certain frames looked stiff, but the explosions and color hides that or distracts you. That's the big problem with some of the episodes. The stiffness and of some action sequences hidden by extravagant color and character models. That's how you distract a fandom from an otherwise average episode.

Masterpiece episode.

Masterpiece. This is the best episode of the bleach franchise. No,it is one of the best anime episode of all time. Finally Bankai of our old man yamamoto is revealed. Zanka no tachi. That skeleton scene was perfect. Farewell Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto. Yhwach is one of the most overpowered anime character of all time. There are so many fights in this arc which I am anxiously waiting like Uryu vs Jugram,Ichigo and aizen vs Yhwach and many more. It is definitly a 10 out of 10 episode. Right now rating of this episode is 10. I hope this rating continues but some bleach haters are giving this episode 1. So it's rating will fall soon.

Absolutely amazing

Animation, music, story, emotional value. Everything is turned up to the absolute max in this episode. It's been a while since I have been so invested in an anime series like this.

The head-captain is finally shown going all out, and it does not disappoint. I actually got the feeling that Yamamoto was the villain this episode because of how overpowered he seemed and the 'dirty tactics' he used. The ending was heartbreaking though.

I told myself last week to stop watching, so I can binge the entire season in a couple of months, but I just can't at this point. In my opinion; the best current anime series out there right now.

Holy... there are no words to describe or justify just how incredibly insane this episode was! I myself am at a complete lost for words! I can feel every heartbeat as I try to composer myself after being completely overwhelmed!

The fight in this episode is one of the best fights I have ever seen in an animated show! The animation, soundtrack and emotions reaches a level that feels like "once in a lifetime"

This episode was an insane mix of excitement and devestation! One moment was hype, the next you are in shock and tears! The writing is some of the best as some of the lines sends burning chills down your spine!

This is something to experience to believe it!

The Fire: It Speaks for itself

From the animation to the audio, the colour, the lighting, shades and various art and animation styles. This particular episode is produced as if it was a feature length movie. The episode adapts a number of chapters from the manga and while it stays true to manga, there are added details for the Anime adaptation that fill up the space but also give more depth that a manga cannot provide because there is usually a limit on panels.

The episode is called: "The Fire" and this is arguably the best use or the most epic use of fire in any anime series. The people who helped produce this episode have done a fitting job and the episode name really speaks for itself. In fact my favourite thing about "the fire" is the audio used to give the viewers this impression. There is faint roaring sound almost throughout the whole episode to give viewers an impression of how hot the fire is and this little detail makes moments of silence feel even more impactful when they occur. I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself appreciating the audio more than the animation because while the animation was truly top notch worthy of a movie, the audio backs this up and gives every scene more weight. This is everything that fans wanted, expected and more based on what the manga had hinted at and so it's a perfect episode in my opinion for the bleach series.

Stunningly amazing and emotional

This episode had me speechless, only shaking in excitement. I can safely say Bleach has made the ultimate come back and am confident it will win multiple rewards. Yamamoto's anger really shone in this episode as we saw it was all just apart of Yhwach's plan. Tite Kubo's genius for antagonists never disappoints, but that doesn't mean our protagonist wasn't utterly amazing. I never thought much of Yamamoto until now, but I will forever respect the man after seeing how hard he fought for the soul society in this episode. The twist was also somewhat unexpected, only being obvious because they wouldn't kill our main antagonist so far, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a 10/10 episode!

Goodbye, old captain......

The battle was wonderful, the one that shocked me the most so far...... The old captain avenged his children with great anger and grief. The four skills were stronger than the other. At last, the old man didn't feel happy because his children were dead, and there were many enemies in the distance. When he turned and left, his heart was heavy. Finally, he was ambushed by the boss, taking away his ability by cheating, and then he died at the boss.

The enemy is too cautious. In order to kill the old captain, he secretly prepared for 1000 years, targeting the old captain by various means, even using body double. It's really too bad.

That was legendary!

What an elite quality episode that was!

The animation, the fight...left me speechless! Head captain's big moment...we get to see his bankai, and boy oh boy it didn't disappoint...it was breathtaking! When all the captains sensed what was about to happened when old man was about to fight gave me goosebumps. What saddens me, is that Yamamoto in his 2nd big fight we get to see on screen (the 1st one was against Aizen) gets a 2nd defeat and even dies on this one...not necessarily because the opponent was stronger but because he was tricked...I just feel it's not the same without him around, haven't read the manga because I don't wanna get spoiled. So I don't know what to expect, I only know 2nd season is great!

The 10 Years Awaited Fight

There were small details missing like they couldnt show us why Juha's sword is broken into. Anime watchers thought it was broken cuz yamamoto's skin is hard like steel or Yamamoto broke it instantly. But that wasnt the case. The case was when yamamoto used east, at same time it activates west but he didnt said it. The spiritual cloak was on him actually after he gave the bankai east command. Juha's sword is broken into peaces after hit the cloak and that cloak was here before yamamoto gave the bankai west command. But it wasnt visible, it was invisible. And that cloak must be invisible actually cuz it was a spiritual cloak, not a real cloak made of fire. So they should make it like "juha hit the blade to air in front of yama and then blade hit an invincible thing and then broke into pieces. Cuz the sword actually hits the Yamamoto's bankai west, the fire cloak. But it was a spiritual cloak so it was invicible actually but when Juha was confused after his sword broken into pieces after he hits it to "air", Yamamoto made it visible as a fire cloak for him to understand. Anime couldnt give this to us properly. And when Juha hit Yamamoto with an arrow, that arrow should have melted before it hits Yamamoto cuz that fire cloak's 15 million degree heat. But they couldnt make it proper either.

And they couldnt give us the Yamamoto's expression properly when Juha stole his bankai. Cuz he was believing the wrong thing from the starting about how they wont able to steal his bankai. Btw they cut the part Yamamoto thought they cant steal his bankai cuz they couldnt steal ichigo's bankai. He believed they couldnt steal Ichigo's bankai cuz it is a new bankai and it has room for growth, so they couldnt see its %100 powers, thats why they couldnt steal it. And thats why he thought they wont able to steal his bankai too, cuz he didnt use his bankai as %100 at 1000 years ago. So he believed something nonsense like that before research it and go to battle with that wrong belief is a too big mistake for a someone who was a head commander for more than 1000 years. (Btw that is not spoiler, that was from manga chapter for this episode, not from future chapters.)

So,

it was an excellent episode but i cant say it was a 10/10 episode. It was 9 because of these.

Best Beach Episode

This is the best bleach ever been thanks to all animators and director hoping too see more like this sakuga fest .

This episode starts with an flashback of og 13 court guards which was something new even for manga readers we get to finally see the images of original court guards. Yama Vs Quincy king yhwach was too good animated they really top up the manga here even kubo liked anime skeleton scene better here than the manga. Yama fire animation was too good. In this we also see aizen and yhwach interaction which they did with the help of reastsu. Lastly it was revealed that whole time yhwach clone was fighting the war with yama that twist was too interesting.
