The fake tooth stain on Carly Green's teeth appears to change between shots.
In French, as in many other languages, there is a distinction between a "formal you" and an "informal you". You use the second to address, for example, domestic animals. Here we have a dog born and trained in France, who will now accept orders in French. But the orders he is seen to be given all use the formal you. They say, for instance, "Venez" for "Viens" (Come!) or "Asseyez-vous" for "Assieds-toi" (Sit down!)
The formal "you" could be out of respect for the dog's position as an officer of law enforcement.
