Emma looks so pretty and feminine in the part where she's all dressed in pink, pink high heeled shoes, and wearing a pink headband

The character of Rosie is a great addition to the series, although it only lasted two episodes. It allows us to see the Emma character show she can be compassionate even under duress. Rosie has some great lines throughout this as she clashes with other girls and Emma as the typical character from "the other side of the tracks". I highly recommend this episode and would place it comfortably in the top 10 Jessie episodes.
