I enjoyed the first episode, this second one was absolutely terrific, I loved every single minute of it. An amazing, twisted story, crimes are being committed, complex crimes, there is an intelligence to the way this story unravels.
The crime is fascinating, and I am intrigued to learn where Quirke's complex relationship with his sister in law is going to go next. How enchanting is Geraldine Somerville, a brilliant actress, with a captivating smile.
Credit where it's due, Lee Ingleby totally steals this, perfect here.
Production values are fabulous, it's an amazing looking show, the cars, buildings and fashions are tremendous.
