Rahul is a genius comedian
abhilashaa13 April 2023
It is difficult because in crowd work you're interacting with a different mind and it's not in your control how a person would react to a particular line, you have to constantly work on the timing of the joke with the answer or the reaction of the person and look for spaces where you can drop a punchline. But, it's more immersive as every time you interact with someone, many new angles crop up during the conversation. It's an active give and take, the audience also feels involved.

I love Rahul from the comedy premier league where is on the spot Jokes were pretty amazing and hilarious, his work in Bangalore crowd which is a two part video was amazing and hilarious and I watched it so many times . I felt this prime show was not upto the mark as other ones.

Good but not great , Rahul is much much much more better than this edit.

I personally love Rahul's comedy but this might not have been the best frankly which was chosen for this edit.

Maybe the people who came were a little boring

The cartoon in between was too good ..kudos for adding that.

Loved to see all your crowd work shows on Prime though coz I never seem to get the tickets :-( There were good punchlines in between though. Could have been a bit faster is what I felt.

Not that it was bad but not at par with Rahul's best shows ,his Instagram 'Problem and solution' feeds are much more hilarious than this I felt

But still love you Rahul ,you Zakir and Gurleen are my current favourite comics.

Laughed non-stop and wanted more!!
kajalluthra-826513 April 2023
I highly recommend watching this special and wish that the show was longer because I haven't laughed this hard, non-stop, in a long time. I loved that Rahul was able to effortlessly build connections with diverse audience members through his warm personality and always treated them with respect throughout the conversation. His craftsmanship and talent to turn these simple conversations into laugh riots is rare, which makes his crowdwork shows one of a kind. What I find most impressive is his extraordinary ability to bring in a certain level of intellect to each of conversations. I have seen Rahul's crowdwork show live which was extremely enjoyable and, this special shot across multiple locations showcases Rahul's continued brilliance and consistency in creating humor through crowd engagement. Don't miss it!

Extremely hilarious show
kbprakash-0823431 March 2023
He does it again with his spontaneity. Reminded me of his Zoom Car crowd works couple of years ago.

One of the standout features of Rahul's crowd work special is his ability to seamlessly weave in-jokes and stories based on the weirdest responses of the audience. He starts generally by asking simple questions such as where people are from and what they do for a living. However, as the show progresses, he delves deeper into the personal lives of his audience members and uncovers hilarious and relatable anecdotes that he uses to great effect in his comedy.

Throughout the show, his delivery is absolutely on point. He has a natural and poised stage presence, and his timing and pacing are spot-on throughout the stand-up. The crowd work specialist knows exactly when to jump, elevate and conclude the joke.

Alternate Form Of Comedy - MASTERED!
standupconnoisseur3 April 2023
From what I understand, Rahul's new special is a bold and innovative departure from the traditional stand-up comedy routines that I have seen so far. I think it is a brave approach to do crowd work exclusively across the board.

Rahul definitely shows off his skills at improvisation and on the spot wit with a risky approach that pays off nicely.

Another asset of his performance that stood out for me is how included he feels everyone in the auditorium who is watching his show. It clearly feels he is talking with them and to them instead of at them.

Best bits for me - Mayuri story & Monkey story!

Rahul at his worst
xrxybcjmny2 April 2023
There's a difference between talking to people and talking at people, which Rahul seems too ignorant to understand. Lame laughter moments & making people feel stupid for participating in crowdwork is the opposite of what makes a good crowdwork. The potential he displayed in Kal Main Udega seems to have flown by him. While the direction & edits try to make this watchable, it is sad to see such a great comic talent reduced to putting out his worst content. The irony is that he's probably thinking this is one of his best work, and thus will begin his downfall as other comics are working harder to redefine standup.

Loved it!

Funny and witty always :) Irrespective of what you throw at him, he will be nice to you and make you laugh

He is respectful in all his conversations even though all the conversations and the people he talks with, are all very different. Not one cuss word in the entire show

He engages with audience like a friend and brings out the best in every conversation by nudging, being empathetic and asking questions. He is a natural on stage and his presence of mind is incredible.

Didn't realise how 52 minutes flew by, not bored a bit. A longer show would have been better. But loved it overall! Great show by Rahul and team.
