- A raucous comedy charting the tumultuous life and spiraling career of Jeb, a hapless entertainer of no discernible talent, whose thirst for fame compels him to sacrifice his dignity, his sanity and ultimately his freedom.
- When a benevolent gentleman gives a foundling child into the care of kindly perverts, no one can predict the roller-coaster of delusional egotism, professional rivalry and spiteful homicide awaiting the young innocent.
Abandoned and barely educated, Jeb Tiberius Sausagefreak runs away to the circus, gets quite literally fired, and instead runs away to the big city, determined break into showbiz.
With no discernible talent, and an inexhaustible disregard for the deficit, Jeb drags himself through the foothills of the entertainment industry, demonstrating his ineptitude across a range of disciplines, from street magic to country music.
Eventually he catches the eye of Cornel Rabokok, a powerful theatrical agent with a murky past in the former Soviet Union, having been forced to flee his homeland after accidentally calling Russian premier Vladibad Crapcan a c*nt.
Jeb is dispatched to Hollywood - alongside his eminently more talented rival, Jo Seldom - to attend a crucial joint audition but his incompetence loses them the job, fomenting Jo's antipathy. She conspires with Rabokok to destroy Jeb's fledgling career and the hapless sausage soon finds himself publicly vilified at the centre of a zoological sex scandal.
The next day Rabokok is discovered all over his Kensington apartment, beaten, dismembered, and understandably dead.
But who is the real killer? Could it be Jeb? Or the obsessed fan with troubling culinary proclivities? Perhaps the East European autocrat bearing a long standing grudge? And with his career in tatters, what will become of Jeb?
