The Ship welcomes singing sensation Vida Devine on board, but after a few cancelled dates, her performance seems doubtful. Jack takes a shine to Vida, but the friendship is short lived, as Jack is soon looking for her murderer.
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, yes it's a cracking story, and features more development of Jack and Kate, but best of all, it showcases the true talents of Kate Robbins, she's awesome, best known perhaps as an impressionist, but a singer and cracking actress also.
Good that Tyldesley had more to do here, I don't always feel they've made the most of her talents, she's excellent here though.
A good final episode, and unlike many shows, we had some answers, the burning question of course, being would they or wouldn't they.
I'm so glad the journey continues.
8/10.
