This was an outstanding episode, absolutely one of my favourites. It was put together so skillfully, with the late Giuseppe Penisi being honoured with the street in front of the their fire station being named after him. The first scene with the Lamborghini, including the numbskull probie trying to break the glass with his fist, was a propitious start. Then all the talk about how wonderful Giuseppe was, including his creation of the "Fireman's Code" (which his great-granddaughter Lucy did *not* have memorized). The discovery of a priceless Rembrandt painting in Giuseppe's footlocker which had been hidden in the walls. The painting (which they called "Portrait of a Man with Plumed Hat") was tied to a 1933 fire at the Tacoma Museum, with Giuseppe quoted as saying he saw it burn in the fire. The other major plotline was Ike, desperately trying to earn back the money he lost in the station fire, which led to the squad's predictably ill-fated excursion to the Dark Web, including the hilarious "FBI" calls to Ike.
As an aside, apparently the old Andy (Eugene Cordero) was busy on "Loki" and was not available to do this show; it was not that they didn't want him or that he didn't want to do it. And I like this new Andy, he has some similar qualities, but is different enough to bring new, interesting storyline possibilities, which are always welcome.
