The end of possibilities

It was moving on nicely. The dialogues, as dubbed in Hindi and subtitled in English, are weak. But. The 'Twist ' actually marred it. Dayaa suddenly turning a fight-master, no trace of which was previously established, is absolutely bizarre. It's absurd. I . Personally, had apprehended, that Dayaa's so-called 'heroism' would come out some time. But it seems some people fervently expected it. The 'Twist' must have pleased them. But the sudden change in Dayaa's character does not please me,; I find it childish. My regret is that it could have been more realistic.

But later on, the plot thickens and moves in interesting directions. Camerawork improves. There are remarkable improvements on the script and dialogues.

Only questions and hardly any answers

What happened? Honestly, I watched all 8 episodes in one go. But, what actually happened? Who's Daya? What's his past? Why does the policeman keep ranting about Days's wife being deadly? Why did the minister get killed? Why was the sociopath killer on the loose if not for the minister? What was with the Pharma industry? Who raped the girl? The minister in his interview actually denied doing it.

This series generates endless questions and is a mumbo jumbo of loose ends. Personally, I feel it was a waste of time. Maybe, the production team will come up with a few more seasons and all should watch them together from the start.

What we got to see here were in essence: 1. A sociopath killer kills his best friend and the protagonist kills the killer.

2. An evil minister portrayed like a cartoon succumbs to the unknown agenda of his son/right hand man, through his own keep.

That's almost all. Unfortunately, no clear link to the main plot can be associated!!

Must watch thriller!

Watched this thriller series today and loved it. Good performance by the cast. The story has interesting layers to it and keeps you on the hook for watching the next episode. The story took off in an interesting way, by the time you move to 2nd episode, the thriller aspect kicks in.

Special mention to Keshav Deepak for his high quality performance, his expressions were on point.

Overall, It was fun. It kept me interested and I was thoroughly entertained. It didn't pretend to be anything else. It was perfect and some things could have been done better, but I really I enjoyed it.

Background score was good and kept the theme going.

Dead slow disappointing and boeing

Dead slow .. all of a sudden puppet hero gets super powers.. irritating flashbacks. Instead of getting into crime old love story is mashed up in between. Regret watching it. Villian is like a comedian. Playing by swapping the bodies cool without the thrill. No emotions nor feelings.. started the series have to end. Old aged political story - crime reporter finds a case against MLA where she gets killed by swallowing pen drive.. the coworker finds the dead body and keeps in a mortuary van ( why that van don't know) anyhow they swap the bodies start the slow boring game and worst bgm. Save me from such stories omg.

The horrible series ever watched on OTT

It is so predictable for every scene and everyone dies. Man sometimes you start laughing of the over-action of the lead actors including that lady who got raped. Makeup is so bad in some scenes you see gray hair and in some scenes they have completely black hair. That nurse is shown as younger and she looks like 40+. The lead actor crying after his friend's death was hilarious. Cant't believe that Hotstar has become to such lows for a show. We told Hotstar not to recommend these kind of shows anymore. Even the antagonist is hilarious. Please check their complete series before bombing on us and that we don't unsubscribe from Hotstar.

I'm Disappointed that HotStar series has sexually explicit content in it.

Again as A Viewer I'm Disappointed that HotStar series has sexually explicit content in it. If its a famous series why should a sexual content needs to be involved? It doesn't male sense. There are plenty of story to be told than such vulgar scene popping up in middle of family time watching something together. I wrote many reviews to give such heads up but there seems to be too much laziness being displayed on creativity side. I was watching because its a hotstar series so i was expecting zero such scenes or foul language that i would feel embarrassed watching with family. I hope there are big changes and improvements coming in this department because this change needs to be brought in action As Soon As Possible!

I don't understand who make this kind of story these days even it's worst than aTelugu tv serial, boring, illogical story line, and ends. Highly overrated reviews by some national media now I doubt it's genuinity are they paid? The acting was good by jd and other lead. Background score/ music was soothing too. This series degrades Telugu content quality when compared to other languages.

U expect something to happen but gets so disappointed seeing the story line and no answers just questions and left at the end.... If this would have come as movie surely big flop don't waste your time on this.. deeply anguished to write this review.

One of the best series in direct telugu language

Though its a remake of bengali series.. I felt this is one of the best direct telugu webseries so far... JD chakravarthy acting is as awesome as in satya movie.. I felt 1st episode is little slow but slowly the thrilling effect becomes more from 2nd episode.. Some episodes in between are slow paced but it adds a lot of story and emotional connect to the characters.. all the actors lived in their characters as they performed as good as tamil actors.. 😅 direction and screenplay are good.. background music is great as some elevations scenes were better than a movie.. production values are good.. special mention to josh ravi and vishnu priya as their acting is so good when compared with other films.. eesha rebba has limited scenes but performed well accordingly.. ramya nambeesan performed so good as she is one of the major character in the series.. all other actors like pridviraj kamal kamaraju played well but finally i disappointed a bit in the last episode as there is no proper conclusion as complete story moved to season 2. Kudos to the whole team especially director pawan nd music director..

Wow!what a comeback by a well known past and present star of India,JD Chakravarthy... As we come to the story, it is a remake of Bangla series 'taqdeer'(2020)..but the acting skills of our telugu actors JD,esha,Ramya..etc had crafted movie to different heights...the Villains are so good in their roles... Esha rebba is good in innocent character...the support characters Vishnu Priya and Ramya also done a lot for this film. The Director was so good in covering every part and linking the dots..camera angles Bgm also good.. Overall a good suspense crime thriller...

The only negatives are more violence.. The voice overs might be little bit better... Waiting for Dayaa - Season 2.

Brilliant. One of best Web series in recent times. JD Garu is on fire. Director excelled a lot compared to his previous work. How director showcased all the characters in the series is a textbook. Cinematography is outstanding. Editing is top notch. Background music plays a key role in the series, which is brilliant and still running in my mind. All the key characters gave their best in the series. Art and locations are next level. Do yourself a favour and watch this Web series on Hotstar. Waiting for season 2 to binge watch it as well. And Dayaa season 2 is going to be most anticipated Web series of the year.
