A very nice journey.

I enjoyed very much this journey in Provence: beautiful landscapes and nice encounters.

There are many interesting aspects in the Provence: the flower parade (corso fleuri) of the Lavandou (the floats decorated with Gerbera, carnations and also mimosas), Marc and Magali Long, the peony growers (the flower market of Hyères, the quality control, the auction and the exportation of flowers), the observation of birds in the Veron Gorge (the griffon vultures wich have reintroduced in 1999, the cares of the climbers avoiding the places where the griffon vulture is nesting), the village of Correns and the organic farming (the shores in the vineyards, Arnaud Rocheux the beekeeper, the vegetables and fruits eaten by the pupils in the school cafeteria), Hélène Daumas and her green walls (the Byblos Hotel in Saint-Tropez, the green decoration of the bar of the casino of La ciotat), Elsa Metairie and her learning in a plant nursery and the agricultural school of the Alpilles with its olive tree plantation.

I enjoyed the encounters of Ismaël with André Horard, the olive producer, with Matthias Meilland, the rose creator of Antibes (the Eilenroc Villa with its rose garden, the rose creation), with Fabrice Bianchi, the producer of cabbage roses and jasmines for the Dior perfumery, with Maxime Raux the guide in the Verdon Gorge, with Nadia Sammut in Lourmarin (the gluten free cuisine, the fields of red poppies and the original meal prepared by Nadia), with Jean-Pierre Juigner, the vegetables farmer, with Delphine Thierry , the perfumer (the smelling of wild plants and the preparation of a perfume) and with the women at the Institut Saint Paul de Mausole (the picking of peonies, the art therapy and the paintings): very nice encounters with very kind French men and women.
