- Several kissing scenes between the characters are present throughout the movie.
- About midway through, there is a sex scene with Kate Beckinsale. From her position and sounds, it is rear entry sex, perhaps even anal. Only her head and shoulders are shown.
- During a hallucination a woman (not Kate) is shown having sex on top of her boyfriend. The scene is blurry at first but then clears up and shows her breasts clearly while having sex, then she turns over with a very clear view of her breasts.
- A sex scene occurs with the two main characters, we hear moaning but no nudity is shown.
- A girl strips down to her underwear to swim.
- The accused sex life is briefly discussed.
