- Early in the episode a man is shown having sex with a woman stood up against a trailer, butt nudity is shown but it isn't too graphic.
- During an extensive scene at a surgeons, full frontal male nudity is shown. This is not sexual as they are all corpses.
- Full frontal male nudity is shown near the end of the episode in a desexualised context.

- A fight scene against vampires includes very brief bullets to the face and bloods spray. This scene also shows a man using a hook and hooking it into a vampire's neck and out of it's mouth. This is brief but gory.
- A vampire's lair is shown with severed heads and bloodied bodies. A dead baby is also shown.
- A woman is shown literally in pieces. Guts, blood and entrails cover the room along with feet, arms and the severed head. This is very, very graphic and gory and is shown extensively.

- A couple of jump scares but they aren't very scary. The real terror comes from the tension during the pre-credits sequence and the final scene in Dr. Frankenstein's lab.
