The movie is just complex and confusing and wild in all the right ways. It takes every opportunity to careen delightfully off track and turn small side tangents into entire branches of plot, and small jokes into massive story beats. The characters are all entirely one-note and uncomplex, but in this the movie opens the floodgates for the vast, yellow sea of immature humor to flow. Universes consisting entirely of massive breasts, the backstory to Rodney Dangerfield hating his wife, multidimensional travel via Albert Einstein's machinery, all effortlessly woven together. It's easy to forget where it all started, but it all closes up nicely once it reaches the end.
