Interviews with K-Warren, DJ Pied Piper, MC DT, Robbie Craig, DJ Gerrad (Mum's The Word Entertainment), Paul Chambers (500 ReKorDs), DJ Luck and MC Neat all failed to make the final cut of the documentary.
The interview with DJ and producer Grant Nelson was recorded at Soho Studios, London. This was the studio that Nelson used in the late-90's and early 2000's to produce his Bump 'n' Flex material.
DJ EZ, Steve Gurley, MJ Cole, Dem 2, Steve Jackson, Mighty Moe, Danny Harrison, Danny Foster, Dennis M-Dubs, Wiley and Zed Bias all declined involvement in the documentary.
The first cut of the documentary focused more on the violence that plagued the UK Garage scene during the early 2000's. A large section of this was removed for the final release as director Lawton didn't want the film to become too negative.
The pirate radio scenes were filmed at the studios of Flex FM, one of London's leading underground radio stations.
