In a small town in a small country, a local photographer has a big idea: he will photograph as many people as possible, to create a record of his generation. His Millennium Photography project grows beyond all expectations as thousands of people pose for his camera. Following his actions, we get to know those around him: they are the final generation of analog people, living in small towns on the outskirts of Europe. Stunned by the rapid technological progress, they anticipate the coming of a world they don't understand, and struggle to preserve their peaceful and cheerful way of living. Until a wind blows them away, along with their photographs.
