- While Patrick is part of a sting to catch a mobster suspected of jury tampering to avoid a murder charge, agent Cho finds a new clue that could take the sex trafficking investigation in a new direction.
- Patrick agrees to be the accused in a doctored grand jury procedure to determine if his deal not to be tried for murder in exchange for consulting with he FBI must be rescinded, to trap presumably corrupted jurors who let off a mob baron. The team is only informed after testimonies as hostile witnesses, which infuriates Lisbon, who still hasn't decided whether to follow agent Marcus Pike when he's promoted to Washington. Patrick realizes the real felon is none other then the haughty female prosecutor and provokes the mobster. Meanwhile Cho's crime scene investigation and Wylie's eye for what doesn't fit enable Jane to set a trap for the accomplices of the white slavers, who turn out to have a macabre 'medical' side business.—KGF Vissers
- Jane is indicted for the murder of Thomas MacAllister a.k.a. Red John. Lisbon and Fischer have to testify before the Grand Jury. They later go see Abbott who tells them it's part of an operation to find out how a criminal who was also indicted but the Grand Jury didn't believe there was enough evidence to sustain the charges. But Abbott says they should have so it's suspected that the criminal somehow got to someone on the Grand Jury. And Jane needed to be indicted so that he could find out who. And when he finds out who they set a trap by trying to get the criminal to order a hit. Cho investigates the human traffickers with Wyllie and when Jane gives them a lead they pursue it.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
