Sex & Nudity

  • Episode two features a perverted man posing as a doctor as a minor character, who makes constantly makes perverted comments about female characters.

Violence & Gore

  • Themes of murder, death and violent crimes are shown throughout. Dead bodies are shown in every episode, and blood can be seen both at some some crime-scenes and also on pieces of evidence collected. The blood is infrequent and mild.

Profanity

  • "Dammit" is said a few times, including by the player character in the final episode. "Hell" is also said a few times. "Crap" can be heard once, during the game's climax.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One character can be seen swirling a glass of brown liquid.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Themes of doom and peril are shown throughout the last chapter of the game. While there is some in the other chapters, it's heavily present in this chapter in particular.
  • One scene depicts a fatal car crash. The crash is shown indirectly, however the aftermath is shown and the incident itself is described. One scene depicts a man's shooting occurring in the next room to the player-character. The shooting isn't shown, but gunshots are heard. Players will also witness apparent spiritual possessions.
